Mark M. Vakil, Esquire became an attorney in 2010, graduating from Widener University School of Law. From 2017 through 2023, Mark served as the judicial law clerk in Delaware County Court of Common Pleas where he assisted in writing various published judicial opinions for the Court in the areas of criminal and family law.

Building great relationships with clients is the cornerstone of Mark’s successful practice. He is compassionate, responsive, and clear when communicating with his clients while using his experience to allow him to tackle the most complicated cases with the knowledge and confidence needed. His proven track record of favorable results for his clients is a testament to his attention to detail and relentless advocacy.

In 2018, Mark was appointed to the Upper Providence Township Zoning Hearing Board. As member of the Zoning Board, Mark is responsible for issuing final adjudications in matters mainly concerning land use, applications for variances from the Zoning Code, and appeals from the determination of the Zoning Officer. In 2022 he was elected Chair of the Zoning Board. He also served as Chairman of the Subcommittee, Child Custody Law for the Delaware County Bar Association Family Law Section. Outside of the Courtroom, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
