Meaghan P. Kane, Esquire

 Meaghan P. Kane, Esquire, is a compassionate and skilled attorney with a strong foundation in criminal defense and a deep commitment to advocating for families and children. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in 2015 with a special emphasis on trial advocacy and social justice. Prior to law school, Meaghan graduated from Temple University’s Fox School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

After earning these degrees, Meaghan served as an Assistant Public Defender at the Defender
Association of Philadelphia. In this role, she gained extensive courtroom experience defending clients in a wide array of cases including serious cases such as drug possession, assault, gun charges, and attempted homicide. She has experience working through criminal cases in every phase of the process, from inception of the case through to resolution, whether that be through
negotiation, a trial before a judge, or a trial by jury. This experience also provides Meaghan with a unique perspective on the impact of legal issues on families, particularly in cases involving domestic violence and other sensitive matters, ensuring that justice was served while also considering the broader implications for families and children.

Meaghan combines her extensive courtroom experience, dedication to client advocacy, and
compassionate approach to provide comprehensive legal support to families facing challenging situations. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, Meaghan is dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of both criminal and family law with empathy, integrity, and a focus on achieving the best outcome for her clients.
